Line Dancing Class Every Friday Morning

An absolute beginners line dance class started at Highcroft Community Centre in March 2014. Currently 10 people attend on a regular basis and over the past few weeks have learned dances such as “The Tush Push”; “Black Coffee”; “Grundy Gallop”. All dances are taught thoroughly and to each person’s ability.

On Wednesday 22nd October 2014, The Stockland Green History Group will be hosting a talk which will be given by Mr Paul Perkins.

Paul has been a resident of the Stockland Green area for many years, and used to run a Hairdresser’s business in Slade Road, in the group of shops that runs to the corner of Reservoir Road.

Paul will be sharing his experiences of the Stockland Green area.

This event will be at Highcroft Community Centre, 485 Slade Road with the group meeting at 7pm ready for Paul’s Talk at approximately 7:30pm.
