Autis – Autism Support Group
Do you support a child that may be on the Autistic Spectrum? Would you like to meet with other like minded families in the area, who can offer advice and support?
The Autis Group are relatively new users of the Centre and are a support network for families who are affected by Autism. “Highcroft is a brilliant home for us” said Clare, who is the current Chairperson of Autis. “They recognise how important it is for us to be linked into the wider community and have welcomed us with open arms. We have gone from strength to strength since forging links with the Community Centre and through our partnership with Autism West Midlands, have been selected to benefit from some charitable works by Wilmott Dixon, who have created a sensory room in the old office area and a safe play area at the rear of the building.”
